Product Update 411: Exact Globe Next ondersteunt Microsoft Windows 10

Vanaf deze product update wordt Microsoft Windows 10 ondersteund. Voor een volledig overzicht van de systeemeisen, zie Systeemeisen voor Exact Globe Next.

In Microsoft Windows 10 is de Microsoft Edge browser beschikbaar. De Microsoft Edge browser ondersteunt echter niet de add-ons en binary plugins, zoals de ActiveX controls. Bij het gebruik van Microsoft Edge loopt u tegen de volgende zaken aan:

  • Document voorbeeld in Exact Globe Next – Wanneer Microsoft Edge is ingesteld als standaard browser in Microsoft Windows 10, wordt bij het opvragen van een document, het voorbeeld van het document (in de sectie ‘Voorbeeld’) niet correct weergeven en wordt een lege pagina getoond.
  • Tonen van webpagina’s in Exact Globe Next met uitgebreide functionaliteit – Omdat de binary ActiveX controls niet worden ondersteund door Microsoft Edge, worden de pagina’s van Exact Synergy Enterprise niet correct getoond in Exact Globe Next met uitgebreide functionaliteit.

Opmerking: Windows 10 wordt ook ondersteund voor Exact Compact en Exact Globe Next met uitgebreide functionaliteit. De Microsoft Edge browser wordt echter niet ondersteund.
